Mayor William E. Murphy
The mayor, elected to a two-year term, is responsible for executive and administrative activities for the Village of Saugerties. The mayor is responsible to ensure the enforcement of all laws and ordinances; to meet twice a month with the Village Board; to report on and review Village conditions; and to recommend enactment of new government matters when necessary.
