The Town of Saugerties Skate Park is open from 7:30 a.m. to sunset.
The park is closed during inclement weather and during unfavorable winter conditions.
Skaters are advised that wearing head protection, Elbow and Knee Pads, along with other safety equipment may lessen the chance of sustaining serious injury.
The Skate Park was built for the enjoyment of and for use by skateboarders. The park has rules (below) that must be abided by, for the enjoyment of all.
The Skate Park is to be used for its designed purpose ONLY. NO Bicycles. NO Motorized Vehicles. NO Alcoholic Beverages. No Dogs or Animals. NO Littering. NO Loitering. NO Tresspassing After Hours.
Skate Park is NOT supervised by Town of Saugerties Staff. Vehicles left after closing will be towed at owners expense. Security cameras and video tape surveillance is in use.
Garbage receptacle containers are provided for the deposit of litter and garbage generated from the current use of this facility. It is not for litter or garbage brought in from elsewhere.
Skate Park must be used in accordance with all regulations as defined in Chapters 50 and 54 of the Municipal Code of the Town of Saugerties, along with any and all subsequent Local Laws and/or Amendments.
Violators will be subject to arrest and prosecution.
Use of the Skate Park at own risk. Town of Saugerties assumes no responsibility, as provided in the New York Recrational Use Statute.
