This document is a rider on the Village zoning code, with the dual purposes of
a) guiding the Village Review Board and the Town Preservation Commission in their work, and
b) giving owners of designated properties the same information that the Board and Commission use for making decisions for approval or disapproval of a Certificate of Appropriateness.
