Notices for 2 public hearings to be held on August 16, 2010 follow:

• Notice is hereby given that the Village of Saugerties Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. on August 16, 2010 at Village Hall, 43 Partition Street.  The purpose of the Public Hearing is to discuss Local Law #5/2010.  This Local Law is for the adoption of the newly updated Village Code.  A copy of the Code is available for viewing at the Village Clerk’s Office.  All interested parties will be heard.
• Notice is hereby given that the Village of Saugerties Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing at 6:45 p.m. on August 16, 2010 at Village Hall, 43 Partition Street.  The purpose of the Public Hearing is to discuss Local Law #3/2010 authorizing a retirement incentive program for eligible employees of the Village of Saugerties.  A copy of the Law is available for view at the Village Clerk’s Office.  All interested parties will be heard.
