Program Overview
In its short history, The Boys & Girls Club has gone from an idea
of a youth center to the reality of finally getting a “home of our
own.” We will offer three different programs throughout the year;
after school, “The Club”, and summer.
Programs:
Main
Club
A
dedicated drop-in youth facility that services ages 7 to 18 years old. This year
round clubhouse offers age appropriate programs that range from Home Work Help,
Art Education and Creation, Nutritional Cooking Classes, Health and Life Skills,
Leadership Groups, Computer Lab Courses, and Sports and Recreation
opportunities.
After School Extension Programs
Licensed New
York State childcare programs offered at the Grant D Morse and Riccardi
Elementary Schools. Children go directly to the program following school and get
picked up at 6PM. Snacks are provided daily. Programs include Power Hour,
Triple Play and Smart Moves.
