The Waterfront Advisory Board operates in an advisory capacity to the Mayor, the Village Board and the Planning Board pertaining to waterfront matters, concerns and problems. The board is responsible for coordinating activities in the coastal area and for reviewing local, state and federal actions for consistency with local policies and also to serve as a review body under the local SEQR Law.

Appointees: June Overbaugh (chair - 2011), Cliff Tienken, Sr. (2010), John McCarthy (2012), Peg Wilsey (2012) and Kelly Myers (2012). Alex Wade is the Village of Saugerties liaison.
